At a press conference in the Government, the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament Beibit Mamrayev told the media how he believes the tasks set by the First President – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev at an expanded meeting of the Political Council of the Nur Otan party on Aug. 21, 2011, should be implemented.
“Today on the agenda is the consolidation of the forces of the whole society in the fight against corruption. To be brief, we must deal with this problem throughout society and look for solutions. It is a crime to justify corruption by low wages,” the deputy of the Majilis expressed his position.
According to him, annually, when approving the budget, Parliament allocates huge funds to the education system. He hopes that these finances will be used more efficiently.
“It's not about quantity; it's about quality. Social policy is primarily based on the economy. The vast majority of Bolashak workers work in the real sector of the economy. They should feel themselves not just in the system of state administration, but in the system of creating spiritual, material values of our society,” Beibit Mamrayev said at the briefing.
