The Kazakh Prime Minister’s Office is a state body that coordinates the activities of state bodies, control functions, and other functions stipulated by the legislation and the Regulations of the Office, as well as the authorized state body for the protection of state secrets and information security.
Office’s Mission: information-analytical and procedural and institutional support to the activities of the Prime Minister and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the implementation of a common policy in the field of state secrets protection.
The main tasks of the Office are as follows:
information-analytical, procedural and institutional, documentation and other support to the activities of the Prime Minister and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
implementation of the unified state policy in the sphere of protection of state secrets and information security;
development of legal, administrative, economic, technical, software and cryptographic measures for the protection of state secrets and information security;
coordination of works on creation of a unified system of information and telecommunication support of public authorities, including information databases;
coordination of the activities of state bodies in the preparation and execution of acts of the Government and the Prime Minister;
сontrol of the timing of execution of acts and orders of the Head of State given to the Government, Government and Prime Minister’s decisions, Prime Minister's orders, his deputies, the Head of the Office and his deputies;
examination of financial, economic, legal and other aspects of the Government and Prime Minister’s decisions, the conclusion on the results of which carries information-advisory nature to the Prime Minister, his deputies and the Head of the Office when taking decisions to sign or to negotiate the relevant documents.

Galymzhan Koishybayev was born in 1968 in Kyzylorda.
He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 1995-2004, he has been Attache, 3 Secretary, First Secretary, Advisor, Advisor and Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.

Danat Zhumin was born in 1983 in the Kostanay region.
He graduated from Kostanay Business College with a degree in Management and Accounting, Gumilyov Eurasian National University majoring in Political Science, University of Montana under the Bolashak program (Montana, USA) with a master's degree in public administration, completed a three-year program for training senior executives at Harvard Business School.
In 2002-2007, he took an active part in the implementation of state youth policy. He headed the Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan, held the position of Executive Director of the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan.
In 2009-2011, he worked in public administration. He was appointed director of the Department of National Center for Public Administration Human Resources JSC, advisor to the President of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan, deputy director of the Institute of Diplomacy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan. He was a national expert of the European Commission on Public Administration Reform.
In 2011-2013, he was general director of Apex Consult LLP, a consulting agency in the field of strategic marketing communications, which he founded in 2010.

Sadyk Akizhanov
He was born in 1984 in Pavlodar. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in journalism.
He began his career in 2006. Over the years, he worked as a researcher at the Institute of the Presidency of the Presidential Center of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was chief expert of the Department of Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, manager for media relations and economic issues of the National Chamber of Environmental Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a correspondent at MIA Kazinform.
In 2014-2019, he headed the MIA Kazinform office in Beijing, China.
